OLD FAMILY PHOTO

We have recently come across some old photos of Gregg's family.  This one is of his Mom and Dad in Puerto Rico, 1950.  It is one of our favorites.

  1. What an interesting photo … both looking in different directions yet very much in-sync with one another. Your husband looks like your dad. I have seen his photos on your site occasionally. :)

  4. I enjoy seeing vintage photos. Look how nice they are dressed and it looks like they are in an outdoor shelter of some type. Handsome couple.

  13. Hi Denise,

So nice to meet you!! Thanks so much for visiting my blog and leaving a nice comment. I hope you can visit Boone Hall someday; I think you'd enjoy the tour.

This is a great photo of your parents; I love old black and white, family photos. It's wonderful to be able to look back and see our loved ones when they were young. :) I see that you're originally from Great Britain? I'm a serious Anglophile. :-D Have only visited there once, but I'd love to go back someday. I'm now a follower on your blog.

    Have a great week!

    Hugs,

    Denise at Forest Manor

  15. Denise this is such a neat photo- and I'm so glad you have it. I treasure the photos I have of my parents, but as years went on they usually divided...mom with the kids, dad with the kids...so there are many years in between that I wish I had one of the two of them together.

Thank you so for taking the time to leave a comment. I enjoy reading them very much and always try to return a visit. As I do monitor comments it may take a while for them to appear, even quite late depending on what is going on and how much time I am able to spend on the computer.

I appreciate all who look at my blog, but I won't be publishing any businesses. If you are only able to publish anonymously, would you sign your name please, and leave an addy so I can return your visit where possible? Thank you!
